Our Service Method
Appointment? No need! We won’t make you schedule an appointment online. Instead, we encourage customers to just stop in when it’s most convenient for them. When you arrive, a technician will work with you to understand your problem, run a few quick diagnostics and provide you with a clear plan for repair. If your Mac or iOS device is covered under AppleCare or AppleCare+, your repair is free-of-charge. If your device is out-of-warranty, they will provide you with a quote for repair. If your device requires further testing, a $49 diagnostics fee will be applied to the repair. However, that fee can be used towards the cost of repair or replacement.

We can fix any Mac purchased within the past 5 years. Let our Apple Certified Technicians help you determine if it is more cost-effective to repair your Mac or replace it. Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted at our current service labor rate plus the cost of any parts required for the repair. A full quote of both is always provided before the work is performed. In most cases, you will receive a quote when you visit. If your device requires further testing, a $49 diagnostics fee will be applied to the repair. However, that fee can be used towards the cost of repair or replacement.

Running low on space or is your Mac feeling a little sluggish? We can install a larger hard drive or add more memory (RAM) to your Mac. Our techs can research your upgrade options and email a quote within one business day. Once you pick out the option that best fits your needs, they will order your upgrades and set up an appointment to bring your Mac in. We’re flexible and can work around your schedule!
